Anthropology

Anthropology is the study of humankind. It focuses on understanding biological, evolutional, linguistic, social, and cultural, characteristics of humans and how those characteristics amongst various human groups differ. The methods employed in anthropology overlap with humanities, science, and the social sciences.

It is possible to categorize anthropology into three separate, but strongly interrelated groups:

  1. Linguistic Anthropology
  2. Physical Anthropology
  3. Socio-Cultural Anthropology
