The following provides you with a detailed overview of the privacy policies upheld by MindCoral (Hereinafter "us", "we", or "our"), and covers the use of the Site, our Site features or services (Hereinafter "Service" or collectively "Services").

Academic Professionals may be afforded the opportunity to create a public profile that is viewable by others on the Internet ("Public Profile" or "PP"), which you can use to upload and post your information, which may include your academic, professional, and work history, a photograph, and your own interests and activities. The PP may be indexed and displayed by search engines when someone searches for your information. MindCoral does not control how frequently Internet search engines update your PP nor whether the information displayed on your PP is accurate or updated. You are able to limit the information available in your PP from your account settings and you may choose to close your account, which would remove your PP from our Site. Information displayed on your PP will be considered public information, unless otherwise stated, and the protections of this Privacy Policy will not apply. Please use caution when disclosing personal information on your PP.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used by the Site to (1) allow you to participate and partake in our Services, including academic help, (2) provide you with customer service responses, (3) customize your user experience, (4) process your payment transactions, (5) provide you with updates and information on our products and services, (6) process your registration on our Site, including validating your email address (7) improve our Services internally (8) contact you regarding the use of our Services and in our discretion, changes to our policies (9) validate Academic Professionals' academic eligibility and verify qualifications in regards to applications; and (10) for any purposes mentioned at the time you provide your information or otherwise, with your consent. Note: We will NOT sell your personal information to third parties and we will honour all requests to be removed from our newsletter lists and other promotional mailing lists.

3. Confidentiality

Your personal information is stored internally through physical and electronic safeguards, with access provided to our employees who require access to your information for customer service purposes and to provide our Services without hindrance. All communication with any MindCoral department is kept confidential, however, a record is kept in reference to the communication. This information is not shared with any external party. However, your information may be disclosed for safety or legal reasons, such as for part of an external legal investigation.
